Each body piece is a made-to-order commission: after your order our team arranges a personal video call with Marie-Louise, and work begins once you have agreed the piece and its timeline together, with your payment fully refundable until then. Headpieces are made to order and dispatched within three weeks. Every piece arrives with its authentic woven neck label and care instructions, and carries a lifetime repair promise upheld in dialogue with the atelier.
