HESSENCE ERITAGE (SS25) is Marie-Louise's bachelor collection and a tribute to her family's farm life, above all her grandmother Gerda, whose garments and stories led her to design. Tracing the generations before her taught the collection its working principle: persistence leads to progress, and making slowly, by hand, from what already exists came naturally.

The farm set the rules and the collection kept them: exclusively natural deadstock fabrics, as much handcraft as possible, a colour palette taken from farm life, old family treasures repurposed into new garments, and every look named after a key family member.
