The Cabbage Dress

The Cabbage Dress is a single cabbage, its leaves graded by size, draped straight onto the body and sewn by hand, cut short to leave the legs. Cabbage grew in the first garden I knew, so naturally it has a place in this one.

Materials: 100% cotton (OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified yarn)

Technique: Crocheted cabbage leaves graded by size, draped on the body and sewn by hand

Production time: ~100 hours of detailed handwork
