Return Window

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Because each made-to-order garment is handcrafted specifically for you, these pieces are non-refundable. We put hundreds of hours of handwork into every piece, and each one is made with you in mind.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@marielouisemueller.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
