Every garment from MARIE-LOUISE MÜLLER is made by hand, in-house, in our Berlin atelier. Body garments are made to order as one-of-a-kind commissions, faithfully recreated to their original design. They are not held in stock and are produced individually for you.

Refundable until work begins. After your order, our team reaches out within 48 hours to arrange a video call with Marie-Louise about your measurements and your piece. Work begins only after that call, once the commission and its timeline are agreed by both sides. Until that moment, your full payment is refundable without question. Simply tell us before work begins and we return the full amount.

Once a commission has begun. Because each piece is individually made to order to your specification, a commission that has been agreed and started is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling law for custom-made goods. If a delivered piece is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected and we will make it right.

Headpieces. Headpieces are made to order and dispatched within three weeks. If a headpiece arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

Faithful recreation, neck label, lifetime repair. Every piece belongs to a specific collection and is faithfully recreated to its original design. It arrives with its authentic woven neck label and care instructions. Each piece carries a lifetime repair promise: contact us and, in dialogue with the atelier, we will care for and repair your piece for its lifetime.
