Choose your dates, complete checkout. Your rental fee and security deposit (95 EUR for garments, 45 EUR for headpieces) are charged at booking.
2. Receive
Your piece arrives in a reusable cotton garment bag, inspected and ready to wear.
3. Return
Ship the piece back using the prepaid return label within your 7-day rental period. Pack it in the same bag and drop it at any DHL location.
4. Deposit
Refunded in full within 7 business days if the piece comes back in the same condition. Any deduction is proportional to repair cost — we share photos and a breakdown first.
5. Late Returns
Daily fee of 1/7 of rental price per day. After 8 days, the piece is treated as unreturned. Contact us at contact@marielouisemueller.com if you need more time — we can almost always work something out.

Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to try on.
Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
